PROGRAM SYNOPSIS
The EASEQuadrant Executive Coaching &
Mentor program is conducted over 12 months with lifetime access to Dr. Gosling and the
Emotional Wealth Academy. Coaching comprises 92 hours of client assessment, face-to-face and telephone client
coaching consultations, and informant interviews with feedforward development reports from EI assessments and
informants. :
- Executive Briefing: With CEO / C Level Executive.
- Keynote Seminar: To introduce the coaching program, emotional intelligence constructs, and
how emotion can influence intelligence to develop emotional intelligence practice.
- Client Assessment Interview
- Emotional Intelligence Measurement (Time 1): Clients complete the MSCEIT™ and EQ-i®
individual and Genos EI 360 emotional intelligence tests. The client is to select a minimum of 6 raters from
managers, direct reports, peers, and customers/ clients to score their Genos EI 360. The coach provides an EI
Report to summarize the EI assessment findings.
- Informant Interviews (Time 1): Interviews with up to six stakeholders (managers,
peers, direct reports, clients, customers, and vendors) plus you receive written feedforward from an online
360-multi-rater mini survey to assist in your development.
- Motivational Assessment: Assesses all four critical areas of employee motivation:
role, manager, team, and organization.
- Feedback & Planning Sessions: Complete 10-Step Development Planning
Process.
- Manager Review: To agree the client’s proposed behaviour development
goals.
- Executive Behavioral Coaching: In addition to the keynote seminar and client and
informant interviews, one-on-one executive coaching is conducted in 2 hour sessions over eight months.
Additional feedforward and follow-up email and telephone coaching is provided throughout the year-long coaching
period. NOTE: At the end of The Emotional Leader Advanced Coaching & Mentoring Program the coaching client
is required to critically evaluate your coach’s capacity to facilitate the key learning objectives for each
module.
- Informant Interviews (Time 2): Interviews with up to six stakeholders (managers,
peers, direct reports, clients, customers, and vendors) to gather feedback and report on the client’s progress
in achieving behavioral change goals.
- Administration of Online Informant Reports: (up to six reports twice-yearly) from
manager / peer 360-multi-rater assessment instruments and summarized by the coach.
- Emotional Intelligence Measurement (Time 2): Coaching clients and raters (where
applicable) complete the MSCEIT™ and EQ-i® individual and Genos EI 360 emotional intelligence tests. The same
raters will be used as in Time 1 online tests. (Retest after minimum twelve month period).
- Personalized Report: Clients are provided a final personalized written feedback
report on their participation in the coaching process and the behavioral change achieved.
- Post-Program Feedforward Session: A review and evaluation of the executive coaching
program with further action steps. This reinforcement session is to help the client identify areas in which he
or she has improved their emotional intelligence and set further goals; what did you set out to do, what
happened, why, and what you will do next time.

All face-to-face coaching in South East Queensland is conducted at the client premises and by telephone or
teleconference (Skype) for overseas clients.
