A Process For Improving Your Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EI) involves a set of skills that define how effectively we perceive, understand, reason with and manage our own and others’ feelings. When applied to the workplace, emotional intelligence involves the capability to ‘intelligently’ use one’s own and others’ emotions to intentionally and efficiently deliver individual and organizational outcomes.

OUTLINE OF THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT

Dr. Mike Gosling's Emotional Intelligence Assessment will include:

1. Emotional Intelligence Measurement: You complete three emotional intelligence psychometric tests online:

1. MSCEIT™ [1] – Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test – An emotional intelligence abilities test (performance report).
2. EQ-i® [2] – BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory – An emotional intelligence competency test (self-report).
3. Genos EI Inventory [3]– A workplace-based self-test emotional intelligence skills report. If you prefer a 360-degree report, you will nominate up to six people (selected from: manager, peers, direct reports, customers/clients) in the workplace to complete the test online. A sample email will be provided which you can use to approach your nominated stakeholders. By inviting others to participate in your coaching process you demonstrate a willingness to receive their feedback and open avenues for building trust. An additional fee of $350 applies for the Genos EI 360-degree test.

2. Telephone, Email, Skype, or Face-to-face Consultation (Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia).

Two Hour Review and Evaluation – You get a full two-hour session with me, an international expert in the applied use of the MSCEIT™, EQ-i®, and Genos EI Inventory assessments. PLUS you get three written development reports from the report authors and your personalized written feedback report from me that summarizes the emotional intelligence assessment findings. This feedback and reinforcement session is to help you identify areas in which you are effective in emotional intelligence and areas in which there are opportunities to improve.

PROFESSIONAL FEE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT AUD$

Your total investment for your Emotional Intelligence Assessment Fee is just AUD $1,497 – all of which is due now and payable in advance of your program.
