LESSON #01 EASEQuadrant Coaching
There is a Science of Emotional
Wealth; a science of perceiving, using, understanding, and managing your emotions.
Like arithmetic or calculus, it is an exact science. There are laws that guide the process of getting smart with
your emotions. Once mastered, these laws of emotion will guarantee you a place among that select group of people
who behave with emotional intelligence and increase your emotional and financial wealth through right
behavior.
Through clinical practice, workshops, and seminars
over more than 14 years, Dr. Mike Gosling and his wife, Expert Emotional
Wealth Counselor Karen Gosling, realized that people who are strong
in emotional intelligence lead happier lives. In 2002 Dr. Gosling created EASEQuadrant - a simple doctrine or
system of learning which is the essence of the Science of Emotional Wealth - for his Ph.D.

EASEQuadrant
Coaching helps you build emotional skills for positive, long term, trusting
relationships. Our goal is to
help you reach your potential through practising the eight emotional leader
habits of EASEQuadrant.
EASEQuadrant Coaching brings
together more than 30 years of experience in the scientific fields of emotional intelligence (EI) and
cognitive-affect-behavior (CBT). The program is a collaborative effort by Dr. Mike & Karen Gosling that
integrates theoretical aspects of the ability model of emotional intelligence[1] and cognitive-affect-behavior with our 'hands on' experience in the field. It is a
process to get smart with your emotions, end emotional constipation, and build trusting relationships to create the
masterful life that you deserve and has always been waiting for you.
Emotional intelligence
refers to your ability to recognize the meanings of emotions and their relationships and to reason and
problem-solve effectively. It further involves employing emotions to enhance cognitive abilities. Emotional
intelligence is the emotional knowledge and skills you are able to develop and nurture to make your relationships
work.
Cognitive-affect-behavior is
a discipline that can help you understand your behavior. It provides you with an opportunity to change your
behaviors through actively participating in reframing cognitions that drive behavioral responses, reactions,
feelings, or emotions.
EASEQuadrant
Coaching presents a program of eight emotional leader habits:

EASEQuadrant

and application with behavioral transformation using cognitive and physical techniques.

development

empathy
- Build emotional knowledge and self-awareness

the home, workplace and community.
